Car broken down? Call Alfazaa.
Alfazaa is a free app that connects drivers stranded on the road with volunteer rescuers in the Riyadh Region. A request reaches every eligible volunteer at once, the first to accept takes it, and the driver follows them on the map until they arrive. The association's supervisors run everything from a web console.

Highlights
Ask for help in one tap
Pin your position on the map or send a location link, and pick the fault type.
Reaches every eligible volunteer at once
The request appears to every eligible volunteer the moment it is created, with a phone notification.
First to accept takes it
Exactly one acceptance per request, so two volunteers never head to the same case.
Live tracking on the map
The driver sees the volunteer on the way until they arrive.
The driver's privacy
Their details reach only the volunteer who accepted, and only for that request.
A console for the association
Supervisors follow every request, assign volunteers and manage the team from the web.
How it works
Request
The driver sets their position and the fault type in the app.
Broadcast
The request reaches every eligible volunteer at once.
Accept
The first volunteer to accept takes it and sees the driver's details.
Arrive and close
The driver follows them on the map until they arrive; then the request is closed and rated.
Who it is for
